A simple indoor activity plan that keeps students focused and moving even without a gym

Illustration featuring a yellow caution wet floor sign in a water-themed background, promoting a simple indoor activity plan called 'Rainy Day Reset' for keeping students engaged without a gym.

Rainy Day Reset is designed for those moments when students are stuck in the classroom, cafeteria or any tight space. Instead of high-energy games, this guide uses mindfulness, stretching and controlled movement to help students release tension, refocus and reset their energy.

The session combines seated stretches, balance challenges and breathing exercises that can be done right at desks or on the floor, making it perfect for indoor days, testing periods or any time the group needs to calm down without becoming disengaged.

3. THE COOL DOWN (5 MINS)
